A Rare Feat

Mike · April 27, 2014 ·

I ran across this bone some time ago while stomping around the Redgate with the dogs. I’m certain it’s a pelvis, but I’m not sure if it comes from a rabbit or a fox. I’ve been meaning to photograph it for some time and finally got around to doing so recently.

I have packs of film just waiting to be shot in two of my Polaroids, one in the Spectra Pro, another in the SX70. I opted for the close focusing SX70 to make this picture.

It’s something of a rare feat for me, coming up with an image both visually interesting and technically successful while using Impossible film, but I think this is one of those instances.
